Velkommen til trommereise under Blomstermånen d. 1. mai. kl.18.00-20.30.

Mens månen vandrer over himmelbuen, vandrer vi på vår vakre jord. Årshjulet snurrer, og vi står her ved inngangen til sommeren under fullmånen.

Denne fullmånen i mai – også kalt “Blomsterfullmånen” – bringer fornyelse, vekst og håp. Det er et godt tidspunkt å jobbe med denne kraften for å få klarhet og bekreftelse i viktige aspekter av livet ditt. Det kan være tid for å se på målene dine, fornye og bekrefte løftene og forpliktelsen til det du ønsker å fylle livet ditt med.

På denne sirkelen får du mulighet til å gjøre en trommereise for å få hjelp, innsikt og klarhet i hva som er viktig for deg her og nå. På en trygg og grounded måte vil jeg veilede og støtte deg til å åpne dypere opp for hjelpen du har fått av dine egne guider, så du kan ta gavene og visdommen med deg hjem i hverdagen. 

Samlingen er åpen for alle. Har du ikke noen erfaring med trommereise, men vil du gjerne hvile i de dype helende vibrasjonene fra trommelen og kjenne på måneenergien, er du også velkommen.

Welcome to the drum journey under the flower full moon, Friday, May 1st, at 6:00 PM-8:30 PM

As the moon wanders across the sky, we wander on our beautiful Earth. The wheel of the year turns, and we stand here at the doorway to summer under the full moon.  

This full moon in May – also called the “Flower Full Moon” – brings renewal, growth, and hope. It is a good time to work with this power to gain clarity and affirmation in important aspects of your life and work. It may be time to look at your goals, renew and affirm the promises and commitment to what you want to fill your life with.

In this drum circle, you will have the opportunity to do a drum journey to gain help, insight, and clarity in what is important to you here and now. In a safe and down-to-earth way, I will guide and support you to open up more deeply to the help you have received from your own guides, so that you can take the gifts and wisdom home with you in your everyday life.

The gathering is open to everyone. If you have no experience with drumming, but would like to rest in the deep healing vibrations of the drum and feel the moon energy, you are also welcome to join!

My responsibility is to help you gain a deeper connection with your soul and heart through the session. It could be healing from trauma, a difficult work or family situation, or learning to listen more deeply to your own authentic self. 

The purpose of the session is for you to gain insight and understanding of your life situation, so that you can feel empowered, connected, and trust your own life path.

I work online via Zoom or physically in my studio in Trondheim. One session lasts around 60-70 minutes.

Årshjulet – gjennom seremonier, ritualer i samarbeid med forfedrene, vil vi følge naturens rytme gjennom året og finne innsikt og støtte til å følge vår livsvei.

Du vil få hjelp og veiledning til å ta visdommen og kraften fra åndefellene med deg inn i hverdagen. Undervisning online 1 gang i måneden, med mulighet for replay for å følge forløpet i ditt eget tempo.

Gjennom din egen kontakt med guider og hjelpeånder, samt jorden og landområdet der du bor, vil du finne innsikt og styrke til din livsvei, samt dypere tilknytning og tilhørighet til dine egne røtter.

På en trygg måte vil du bli veiledet og støttet til å åpne deg dypere for hjelpen du har fått fra dine egne guider, slik at du kan bringe kraften og visdommen inn i hverdagen din. Sammen med dine guider vil du gjennom året lære å både lytte til og ta imot gavene og oppgavene som er ment for deg. 

Samlingene vil hjelpe deg og styrke din intuisjon, føle deg forbunnet med fellesskapet og stedet du bor, samt gi deg retning, hjelp og inspirasjon til å skape et liv der du føler deg hjemme og forbunnet med det store livshjulet.

Du vil ha tilgang til et online kursus innhold, hvor du kan stille spørsmål og dele. Her vil du også få inspirasjon til seremonier og ritualer du kan gjøre hjemme mellom møtene. Hvis du ikke kan delta live, vil du få tilgang til replay av forrige samling, slik at du kan følge undervisningen i ditt eget tempo.

Første møte 1. Februar kl.13.00 ved disirblòt, en gammel ceremoniel feiring i norrøne hedenske tradisjoner.

Welcome to Årshjulet !

Årshjulet - the wheel of the year - brings us together in a community through ceremonies and rituals to find insight and support to follow our life's path, together with guides and helpers in the spirit world.

We will follow the rhythm of nature throughout the year and let the ancient pagan traditions following natures hightime be the inspiration for our work in the circle. Through your own connection with guides and helping spirits, as well as the earth and the land where you live, you will find insight and strength for your life path, as well as a deeper connection and belonging to your own roots.

In a safe way, you will be guided and supported to open yourself more deeply to the help you have received from your own guides, so that you can bring the power and wisdom into your everyday life. Together with your guides, you will learn throughout the year to listen to and accept both the gifts and tasks that are meant for you soul path.

The gatherings will help you strengthen your intuition, feel connected to a spiritled community and the place you live. It will give you direction, help and inspiration to create a life where you feel at home and connected to the great wheel of life.

You will have access to an online course content, where you can ask questions and share. Here you will also find inspiration for ceremonies and rituals you can do at home between meetings.

If you cannot attend live, you will have access to replays of the previous sessions, so you can follow the teaching at your own pace.

Dates:

We gather for 3 hours at 13:00-16:00 every 1st Sunday of the month online and follow the year.

First meeting February 1st at 13:00 at the disirblòt an old celebration in northern pegan traditions.

If you can't make it, you will have access to a replay online of the last gathering, so you can follow the teaching at your own pace.

Teaching will be in English and Norwegian.

The registration is for 12 months and you will get a monthly notification for your next installment.

Trommen er et av våre eldgamle instrumenter som trolig kan sies å være et av de eldste instrumentene mennesket har hatt. Allerede før vi blir født, ligger vi i magen og lytter til vår mors hjerteslag.

I tillegg til å være et fantastisk rytmisk instrument, er tromme også et viktig verktøy når vi jobber sjamanistisk for å komme i transe. De dype frekvensene hjelper oss å åpne opp og få kontakt med åndeverdenen på trommereiser. De hjelper oss å finne helbredelse og ro i både kropp og sinn.
Når vi jobber rituelt og seremonielt, er raslen et godt redskap for f.eks. påkalle og fjerne uønsket energi i kroppens energifelt. For uten å være et kraftig verktøy er raslen også praktisk og lett å bære med seg.

På denne workshop lærer du det vakre håndverket, hvor du bygger din egen tromme og rasle. Om du kun ønsker å bygge rasle er dette også mulig. 

PRAKTISK:

Trommelstørrelsene er 40, 45 og 50 cm i diameter.

For skinntyper kan du velge mellom hjort, rein, elgkalv og geit. Dette avhenger av hvilken størrelse tromme du ønsker og hvilken skinn gaveriet har tilgjengelig.

Jeg bruker skinn fra Granberg Gaveri, som leverer gode skinn av høy kvalitet.
Rammene til trommer forhånns bøjer jeg i asketre. De har en dybde på 8 cm og 8 mm tykke.

Når du registrerer deg trenger å jeg vite hvilken størrelse tromme du ønsker og hvilket skinn du vil bruke til å lage ranglen eller trommelen.

Reperasjon:

Har du en tromme eller rasle som trenger reparasjon, kan du ta den med deg og få den reparert. Ta kontakt med meg på forhånd slik at vi sammen kan planlegge hva du trenger for å reparere den.

The drum is one of our ancient instruments, that is one of the oldest instruments that humans have had. Even before we are born, we lie in the womb and listen to our mother's heartbeat.

In addition to being a fantastic rhythmic instrument, the drum is also an important tool when we work shamanistically to get into a trance. The deep frequencies help us open up and make contact with the spirit world on drum journeys. They help us find healing and peace in both body and mind.
When we work ritually and ceremonially, the rattle is a good tool for, for example, invoking and removing unwanted energy in the body's energy field. Without being a powerful tool, the rattle is also practical and easy to carry with you.

At this workshop, you will learn the beautiful craft of building your own drum and rattle. If you only want to build a rattle, this is also possible.

PRACTICAL:

The drum sizes are 40, 45, and 50 cm in diameter.

For skin types, you can choose between deer, reindeer, elk calf, and goat. This depends on what size drum you want and what skin the gift shop has available.

I use skin from Granberg Gaveri, which supplies good, high-quality skins.
The frames for the drums are pre-bent from ash wood. They have a depth of 8 cm and 8 mm thick.

Seiðr er en del av vår nordiske sjamanistiske arv for spådom, helbredelse og kraft. Gjennom Seiðr-ritualet har Vølven sett inn i verdener og fått innsikt i fortid, nåtid og fremtid. Forankret i stavens røtter og grener og med sangens kraft, forandret hen livsvevet og ba om hjelp til oppgavene i sin egen tid.

Kurset Seiðrs vei leder deg inn i de magiske tradisjonene til våre forfedre her i Nord. Kurset vil introdusere deg for det grunnleggende håndverket og praksisen til Seiðr.

I arbeidet trekker vi på både historiske kilder og rituelt arbeid med åndene og kraften i vårt fellesskap.

Du vil lære å gjøre en Seið for deg selv og også for en annen person som søker din hjelp eller råd. Du vil også lære hvordan vi sammen kan finne styrke og veiledning for vårt fellesskap og samfunn gjennom et felles seidr-ritual.

Kurset vil gi deg praktiske verktøy og styrke din forbindelse til forfedrene, slik at du kan bringe visdommen og kraften hjem i livet ditt. Fra vår egen tid vil vi tre inn i denne norrøne magiske tradisjonen og lære av landet og forfedrene hvordan vi kan jobbe med Seiðr i vår moderne tid.

Du trenger ikke å ha noen tidligere erfaring med sjamanistisk arbeid eller Seiðr-arbeid for å delta på kurset, da dette er et grunnleggende kurs. Men hvis du har hatt litt erfaring, kan du også delta på kurset for å bygge på din kunnskap og fordype din vei med åndene.

Seiðr is part of our Nordic shamanic heritage for divination, healing, and power. Through the Seiðr ritual, the Vølve has seen into the worlds and gained insight into the past, present, and future. Anchored in the roots and branches of the staff and with the power of song, hen changed the fabric of life, and asked for help with the tasks in hen's own time.

The course The Path of Seiðr leads you into the magical traditions of our ancestors here in the North. The course will introduce you to the basic craft and practice of Seiðr. 

In the work, we draw on both historical sources and ritual work with the spirits and the power of our community.

You will learn to do a Seið for yourself and also for another person who seeks your help or advice. You will also learn how we can collectively find strength and guidance for our community and society through a communal seidr ritual.

The course will give you practical tools and strengthen your connection to the ancestors, so you can bring the wisdom and power home into your life. From our own point in time, we will step into this old Norse magical tradition and learn from the land and ancestors how we can work with Seiðr in our modern time. 

You do not need to have had any previous experience with shamanic work or Seiðr work to take part in the course, as this is a basic course. However, if you have had some experience, you can also take part in the course to build on your knowledge and deepen your path with the spirits.
